Release the Valve: Rotate the metal nut located beneath the power LED counter-clockwise until the valve is fully released.
Remove Hardware: Unscrew the two screws located at the corners of the metal plate. Ensure you store them in a safe place for reassembly. Gently pull the moving part out of the housing.
Clean the Unit: Rinse the inside of the black plastic unit. You may allow water to flow through it, but please avoid using brute force or abrasive tools during cleaning.
Reassemble: To put the unit back together, simply follow these steps in reverse order.
